The Shire of Harvey is seeking comment on a Structure Plan and District Planning Scheme Amendment for the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area in the Shire of Harvey.

Prepared by the Department of State Development and LandCorp, the Amendment will ensure that the Shire’s District Planning Scheme is aligned with the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme and the Structure Plan will guide future development in the Strategic Industrial Area.

The Department of State Development is the Lead Agency of the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area. The Shire of Harvey is the responsible authority for the Amendment and the Structure Plan.

The Amendment and Structure Plan will be available for public inspection at the office of the Shire of Harvey, 102 Uduc Road, Harvey from 5 November 2015 to 21 December 2015 inclusive.
