Industry and export awards celebrate WA's best and brightest

Premier Mark McGowan has congratulated the winners of the Western Australian Industry and Export Awards 2017, held last night.

A total of 16 companies were honoured at the annual awards, which celebrate the State's most innovative and forward-thinking companies and exporters.

Winner of the major award, WA Exporter of the Year, Epichem is a contract drug discovery company that exports to about 35 countries worldwide.

Winners of the export category awards will now represent the State at the upcoming 55th national Export Awards, to be held in December 2017.
